How long does it take for Flex Seal products to dry?
Most of our sealants and adhesives are touch-dry within 2 to 3 hours, but we recommend a full 24 to 48 hours for a complete cure depending on humidity and temperature.
Are your products safe for use on surfaces that come into contact with drinking water?
Once fully cured, our standard liquid and spray products are non-toxic; however, we recommend checking the specific label of each product for NSF certification if intended for potable water systems.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the performance of your product, you can return it for a full refund, even if the container has been opened.
Can I paint over Flex Seal once it has been applied?
Yes, once Flex Seal has completely dried and cured, it can be painted over with most high-quality latex paints to match your home's aesthetic.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
Can Flex Seal be applied to wet surfaces or underwater?
Yes, our specialized Flex Tape and Flex Glue products are designed to be applied to wet surfaces and can even be used submerged underwater for emergency repairs.
